In-Stock Apparel Printing

We support in-stock printing on ready-made garments for small brands, promotional clothing, or quick product launches.

From when we receive your quote request to the delivery of customer collections.

1. Ask the customer about the fabric, size and custom pattern requirements (printing or embroidery).
2. Analyze and study the location where the customized pattern is located, and determine the location. Make mock-ups for clients.
3. Send the prepared mock-up to the customer, and confirm with the customer whether the position and effect of the pattern are satisfactory.
4. Measure the size of each part of the clothes (body length, sleeve length, bust and other size information).
5. Make a tech pack for the customer and send it to the customer for a double check.
6. Choose the fabric, take a picture of the fabric , sample card and send it to the customer, choose the color and fabric.
7. Order fabrics and accessories (buttons, hat strings, etc.).
8. Make printed or embroidered pattern.

9. Carry out the production of printing or embroidery pieces, send the pictures of the finished printing and embroidery pieces to customers, and let customers confirm.
10. Make a version of the clothes. Use the muslin fabric to make the first version of the sample.
11. Send the photo of the first sample to the customer for confirmation.
12. Make pre-bulk samples with formal fabrics.
13. Cutting bulk fabric.
14. Start sewing.
15. After the sewing is completed, it will be sent to a third-party testing agency for product quality testing.
16. Packaging.
17. Shipping.
